Downloading Chao

To Download a Chao click on the link that best specifies your browser (Planet Web is the browser that came with the dreamcast and the Offical Dreamcast Magizine, and the DreamKey is the browser that is on Sonic Adventure 2 and other Sonic Team games). A VMI file tells your Dreamcast what file to download scince it can't just download the VMS(file straight for the VMU). Nexus users will need to download the VMS. I The Sonic Adventure 2 Chao database does not ofer the VMS file because that would require a folder for every chao. All Chao file will be 128 block of memory and will take over you flash memory on the VMU. This means you can not have another game on the VMU when you download.

Submitting Chao

Submitted Chao is how this site is worked. So if you have a good Chao, please submit it.

First load the Chao you wish to submit onto a VMU via the Chao Adventure 2 Mini-game

Then load your Dreamcast browser

Make sure you have an E-mail client loaded on your Dreamcast so you can use the mail option. I use my Yahoo mail.

Then send an e-mail to me at Shenlong4444@yahoo.com with the file called "SONIC2____VM". This will attach a copy of your Chao to the e-mail.

In the body of the e-mail write your Chao's name, his type, a brief description, and your name(if you want credit as the breeder). If you don't put in your name, you will be recognized as ANONYMUS. Also, try to type as many actual words as you can.
